Cow ghee is considered to be a divine nector and has been used extremely in traditional ayurvedic texts. Triphla is an herbal preparation of three herbs Haritaki, amalaki and bhibhitaki. These herbs are processed in pure cow ghee and other basic ingredients to make triphala ghrit.
Ingredients:Cow Ghee,goat Milk,Eclipta prostrata,Justica adhatoda,Terminalia chebula,Phyllanthus emblica,Terminalia bellirica,Saccharum officinarum,Withania somnifera(sub),Glycyrrhiza glabra,Solanum xanthocarpum,Piperlongum,Tinsopra cordifolia,Kaempferia rotundus,Vitis vinifera.
Directions: Take half to one( 1/2-1tsp) morning and evening with warm milk or water.
